My

Story

My transition to building a life and career in fitness and wellness wasn't expected, but I believe it happened for a reason. Leaving behind the familiar comfort of a traditional 9-to-5 wasn't just about knowing healthy habits are beneficial and wanting to help people change; it was deeply personal.

I have chronic migraines, which contributed to a lack of consistency in my own life. I've struggled with impatience regarding change, often chasing easy fixes that never truly worked, while constantly feeling like I was failing. Many excellent fitness and wellness programs focus on methods like decreasing calories, working harder, and adhering to a strict schedule. However, due to my migraines, I often felt like I was failing when I had to skip workouts or eat foods not on my approved list because something as simple as broccoli would trigger nausea.

Maybe you've been there too—circumstances that require goals unique to you and your own path to health and wellness.

I realized what I was trying to accomplish needed to consider my strengths, individual needs, and what truly worked for me.

Now, my mission is to empower others to embrace their best selves by sharing what I've learned through years of physical and mental roller coaster rides.

My approach focuses on individuals and combines realistic goals, guidance, and wellness education, because that's what leads to lasting habits.
